Places like Amazon.com are included simply for the pictures (and the ability to purchase there) -- I've found that the titles I've listed can be found for less at your local Target or K-Mart...
NOTE: Some of the links on this page aren't quite what their authors intended you to see. Some of the sites didn't have any easy way for me to get you to the information you'll want to see, so I had to go in through the back door and show the pages on screen. What happens (and it shows up the worst at www.pricewatch.com) is that you can't navigate the sites as easily as one would hope. Oh well.
